Being included and accepted despite differences is what it means to be inclusive. It is the process of adding someone or something to a collection, list, etc., or adding something or someone to something that is already included. Simply defined, ensuring that everyone feels appreciated and valued as an individual is what inclusion is all about. The balance of perspectives and viewpoints in any context will be improved by variety and inclusion. Different viewpoints will be accepted in a balanced world, which will lessen prejudice against difference. The average level of cultural competence in the society can also be enhanced by a world that is balanced.People who live in inclusive cultures feel appreciated and cherished for who they are as individuals or members of a community.
Valuable lesson with insightful experiences
There were many difficult changes brought about by the pandemic. In addition to other things, COVID-19 altered the way we work, communicate, and care for one another. Xenophobia, prejudice, and violence have increased. It is time now for an excellent moment to consider unconscious prejudices, confront them, and determine whether they are supported by factual data. Here are ways inclusivity has changed during pandemic according to our community members.
“Absolutely. Pandemic has taught so many lessons and learning. Inclusivity can make survival, striving, and excelling easier and happier says “ says Jaideep
Creating inclusion for ourselves
It is typical to believe that a structure of conduct involves other people. Instead, it’s critical to begin with ourselves, our own level of awareness, openness, and knowledge on the matter. The more we work on ourselves, the more natural it will be to operate in an inclusive manner and the easier it will be to be sensitive to others. Our tribe members gave us five things that make them “ you “ .
“I accepted myself as I was only after I turned 40.
5 things that make me, ‘me’ 1. Honest 2. Sometimes Lazy, sometimes productive 3. Overly emotional 4. Love for strength training 5. Sensitive #causeachatter” says Aesha
Model an Inclusive lifestyle
We can live a more inclusive lifestyle by engaging in mindful communication, listening more, speaking slowly, questioning stereotypes, and avoiding preconceptions, to name a few. A key strategy for teaching us how to be more inclusive in the present and the future is to take feedback from both our own reflections and those of those around us.Let’s take a look at what our tribe members have added to their list.
“Keen observation & genuine curiosity, celebrating the differences while also looking for similarities, practicing mindfulness as a way of life, can do a lot of good in adopting an inclusive lifestyle. “ says Aarthi
The perfect Inclusive content exist with diversity
The trust, fidelity, and genuine connections that our society needs can be developed through inclusive content. Additionally, it can make underrepresented perspectives heard and promote constructive social change. It is inclusive because of the variety of the content. Here are suggestions of inclusive content from our community members.

Says Aarthi
Individuals see a degree of commitment and energy on the part of others to support them in doing their best work. The feeling of inclusion stems from the fact that people feel appreciated and listened to, despite their differences. Being a valuable member of a team and feeling that they contribute to it as a whole. Equal opportunities and resources for all people sound like an idealistic view.
