Drink water
Apart from the statistics on how many glasses of water are good for health, have you ever felt the quench met as the water goes down your throat and mixes in your stomach? Water does help you digest the food you eat and sort out what’s good for your health. If nothing more, water does take care of your diet because you can drink water faster than you think something to eat! So, from today, drink that glass of water as you decide your next menu. Let water cleanse your system in the thinking time.
Clean space
Cleaning your workspace is as important to do as you breathe. Ok, you may not be a cleaning buff but if you just keep all things back to their places at the same time, they will not clutter. Having a clean space to keep your laptop/ journal on the table simply gives you more clarity in your head to think. Now you can think more clearly and productively. Try it!
Listening to a podcast
Podcasts have just replaced the radio in today’s world. When you don’t have time to sit and listen to something useful, podcasts have eased your life where you can tune in to them through an earphone and keep doing your work too. Just choose the right category you want to listen to and the rest will be taken care of by the podcast companies who will recommend different playlists from the same category. Bring on the worst duties you never want to start with and let a podcast help you do it. Put your brains into just listening to the podcast and let your body finish the mechanical work in no time.
Make connections
You may be an introvert but meeting people offline or conversing with them online is something you need to work on. It’s a reality that a person needs to meet another person in order to enjoy life. Even if you are an avid reader, don’t you want to discuss it with someone else and know their opinion on the same book?
There are different reasons for you to meet people and they surely are helping you cope with life in good and not-so-good times.
A journal to record your healthy habits
When you are doing such good things to keep yourself healthy then these healthy habits need to be noted down in a journal. This habit lets you come back at a later date and analyse your progress. Sometimes, just recalling them also gives you the strength to plan your future actions and make life path easier to mend by.
