The new year has begun, and with it comes a new calendar. Makar Sankranti, also known as Maghi Sangrand, is celebrated on January 14th. Makar Sankranti, also known as Sankranti, is celebrated throughout India under many regional names such as Bihu, Pongal, and Lohri. This day is associated with kites, dahi, til chikki, and a variety of fun and celebratory events. This day marks the sun’s entry into the Capricorn zodiac sign. Til Laddus and Papdis
