Well, the human body now contains up to 60% of water and that clearly indicates the urgency of people and studies claiming for us to drink water more. Our body requires food, sunlight, water, air to survive and for growing purposes food and water is required the most. It is claimed that we can survive without food for days but we should never not drink water. Water is highly essential for our body as it constitutes most of our body and helps our body grow naturally.
We shouldn’t compromise on drinking water. Did you know that it is advised by the doctors to drink at least 8 cups or 64 ounces of water each day to maintain proper balance in the body? It is essential to maintain the balance of water as it helps in lubricating joints, regulating body temperature, promoting cell health and maintaining blood pressure.

Become aware about your fluid needs
As essential as water is for our health, nothing is ever good for us if it’s out of limits. We should know what our body needs and how much. So, before you just start drinking way too much water, learn about how much water suits you. The common advice is basically of drinking 8 cups of water daily however, it is not based on science. The amount differs from one person to another. It is suggested or recommended that men should consume at least 16 cups of water and women 11 cups of water each day either by directly drinking water, other fluids or even through food. This still depends on the amount and type of activity a person does in a day. So, be aware about how much water is essential for your body type before you consume more or less of it.
Install specific applications on your phone
The way science and technology has been progressing these days has made things easily available for us.
