Declare- Make some noise about your book!
After planning, declare it to your close friends or followers on social media handles that you are going to write a book. This helps you to be liable and your friends or followers look forward with anticipation to know the progress of your book. This adds to the motivation you need.
Choose the genre
Choosing the genre is the third necessary step as it answers who is the reader and how to write? Genres can be fantasy, romance, thrillers, and so on. The type of book you write affects you in the writing process like fiction or nonfiction. In fiction character, and conflict is required while in non-fiction no conflict is required.

There are many ways to create an outline, such as writing a scene, character-based outline, plot and so on. Select the one method that you think is suitable and try others if one fails.
The outline includes the introduction, body, and end parts as well as include conflict points for a proper outline.
Write thinking about the reader
For an author, the reader gives them value and makes them famous. So while writing a book think about the audience instead of purely self-interest.
For example, there could be a scene you don’t find interesting enough to add but if it serves the story arc, add it as it contributes to the reader’s experience and preserves the story.
Take feedback
Get responses from friends and fellow writers after completing a few chapters. With this response, you will know what works and what doesn’t and it helps you write a better book.
Once the whole book is complete, ask feedback from beta readers, and fellow writers to know where your book is doing good and where it is lacking.
