1. Cucumber tea sandwiches

2. Caprese Skewers
Caprese skewers are a fresh and fun party appetizer where you skewer together cherry tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella, and drizzle an easy balsamic glaze. They are flavourful and pretty and are perfect for a summer get-together. Skewering mozzarella balls and cherry tomatoes makes them easy to nosh at a party.
3. Hummus
Hummus is a delicious spread or dip made from chickpeas, tahini, lemon, and spices. It is a quintessential Middle Eastern/Mediterranean dip. You can serve this with pita bread, falafels, carrot sticks, chips, and nachos.
4. Mango Salsa
This summer, make sure you make this easy salsa. Mix together finely chopped mango, red onions, bell peppers, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime. And you are done. It is sweet, and tangy and a dash of heat from the jalapenos makes it a refreshing summer appetizer choice. You can serve it as it is with chips, or a topping for tacos, grilled chicken, or fish.
5. Devilled Eggs
Hard-boil some eggs, peel and slice each egg in half. Scoop out the yolks and mash up the yolks with mustard, mayo, tabasco, salt, and pepper to a creamy consistency. Pipe into the egg white halves. You may also add gochujang sauce for a Korean twist.
6. Air Fried Zucchini Chips
These air fryer zucchini chips are crispy, crunchy, and golden brown and make for an easy, addictive snack! Slice the zucchini into thin rounds, drizzle some olive oil, and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss well and air fry for five minutes. Sprinkle with some parmesan cheese and air fry for another five minutes. That’s it. You can play with spices like Peri Peri, Italian seasoning, cumin, and chili.
7. Charcuterie Board
Another easy, yet appealing no-cook appetizer is to come up with a charcuterie board with an assortment of fresh fruits, vegetables, dips, cheeses, meats, olives, and nuts. Arranging them in the most eye-catching and prettiest way is how to go about it.
