Several matters are struggling to be heard in India, due to taboos and non-acceptance – and sex is defintely on top of the list! 

Spoken about in hushed tones (if at all), there’s a lot of confusion and misinformation surrounding sex and sexual health. 

While our school curriculum might not have done much in the way of teaching us about healthy and safe sexual practices, Instagram sure can!

With a following of almost 500k, Dr. Tanaya’s Instagram is the perfect go-to when you want to learn about sex. Covering everything from vaginal discharge to whether Viagra increases stamina, Dr. Tanaya helps bust a lot of myths and provide viewers with a better understanding of their own bodies!
