के के बिड़ला फाउंडेशन द्वारा वर्ष 2021 का बिहारी पुरस्कार लेखिका मधु कांकरिया को प्रदान करने की घोषणा की गई है। मधु कांकरिया को यह पुरस्कार उनके 2018 में प्रकाशित उनके उपन्यास 'हम यहाँ थे' के लिये प्रदान किया जाएगा।
