The ‘king of sweets’, Rasagola, is as old as the Ratha Yatra.
This publication ‘Rasagola Dibasa – Odisha Celebrates a Day For Rasagola (Rasgulla)’ is a sincere attempt to share about Odisha’s centuries-old sweet-dish Rasagola; continuing tradition, Niladri Bije; and the online celebration of #RasagolaDibasa. This eBook endeavours to provide correct information and to create awareness.

Congratulations! Downloaded the book. Going to grasp all the information this book has!
Downloaded the book. Wonderful to know the facts about the sweet dish around which there are so many misinformation campaigns. .
As a girl born and brought up in Bengal, I've always been aware of the ongoing 'rasgulla battle' and rather enjoyed watching people squabbling over it. In my opinion, the sweet does not divide but instead brings people together, irrespective of where they're from. Can't wait to read this, all for the love of the rasagola. :)
I wasn't aware that Rasagola originated in Odisha - this is going to a very informative book for sure! Congratulations and all the best!
Good Luck Anita!
