You know the A-Team, our love for chai and conversations around creativity, and of course our love for you: our community and bringing the best to the table for you.
Of the many things we speak about, we often encourage you to talk about your body of work without hesitation and give yourself a pat on the shoulder, you deserve it! Recently we thought about everything that goes on behind the scenes and thought of giving you a slice of #LifeAtBlogchatter.
- How do we brainstorm ideas?
- How do we connect brands with bloggers?
- What the best brand campaign was like?
- How do we function as a currently remote team and manage to be productive?
- How did some of the best tracks we have right now begin in the first place?
- How do we measure the impact of everything we do?
Along with a dash of fun - a rapid fire round that wasn't so rapid, but that's how conversations with Team Blogchatter go. So let's dive in, shall we?
And tell us what other things you'd like to know about #LifeAtBlogchatter

It was nice to hear you all.
Anuradha Sowmyanarayanan So happy to know you enjoyed the podcast.
That was a fantastic tour from Coimbatore to Assam and so on. Content Creation to marketing - so it's a huge transformation from backstage to frontrunner Serious thinker to action taker - wow! I wish every #causeachatter blogger implements it. Best and easiest way to explain so many things you do at Blogchatter is just two words - digital marketing that everybody will understand. Blogchatter is a blogging platform. But in reality it is beyond that. It was interesting to understand the process of measurement of the outcomes of blog posts and in turn of a campaign. Best motivating factor is to keep everyone busy in creative ideas, writing, and... Wondering what would be creative eating and creative ???? sleeping. Motivators need appreciation from time to time. There's a lot of analytics going on at Blogchatter that the community doesn't know. Every A-team member is something something chatter. Like Sona = #bookchatter. I think Indian authors are always in a dilemma. Whether to write in English English or Indian English. There are a lot of challenges for publishers like pirating. But are publishers a challenge for writers? Especially the good publishers for debutant or budding writers? Blogging with a purpose is always a journey, never a destination. The purpose needs to be evaluated every now and then before it loses its shine and becomes stale. For instance purpose needs to become purpose+ and then purpose++ Build a thought board online. Open. Where every one can participate. Where's the remote control of remote team ???? Work life balance has become older. How about something like - walk talk balance, eat sleep balance, write impact balances?
